Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the statutory conditions. No reason or account sign-in is required. We also accept declarations where the deadline needs further review.

Where early performance was expressly requested, only the evidenced supplied portion may be payable under the statutory conditions. Non-conformity complaints remain separate.
